Tombolo Books' Social Justice Book Club Tombolo Books' Social Justice book club celebrates books that tackle deep-seated issues from race to capitalism to immigration to criminal justice. Tombolo Books' Anti-Racism Book Club We will read both fiction and non-fiction books related to race, racism, and anti-racism in an effort to become more aware of how white supremacy functions in our country and in our lives. Through the chosen titles, we'll explore topics like talking about race, Black history, lived Black experience, and how to go about being anti-racist. Though the idea for this book club came about in light of current events, we do not want it to merely be a response to current events. We realize the need for tangible, concrete action to eradicate the harmful systems created by white supremacy. We're committed to facilitating this book club long after the news cycle has changed. Tombolo Books will donate a portion of the sales of the selected book club book generated during the preceding month to a local, Black-owned business or organization. Body Electric Yoga Company Book Club Would you like to delve deeper into conversations about how to bring our yoga practice into our lives off the mat? The Body Electric Book Club will give you an opportunity to do just that!
